We're hiring across the whole crew right now: ground guys, climbers and bucket operators. You do not need experience to start. If you work hard and show up, we will teach you the rest and you can move up as you learn. All you need is a driver's license and your own way to get to work.
We have three spots open and we are filling them now. Pick the one that fits you on the application, or tell us you are open to whatever we need. Pay is hourly and goes up with what you can do, and you get paid every week.
Drag brush, run the chipper, keep the drop zone clear and the yard clean. This is the spot to start in if you have never done tree work. No experience needed, we train you on everything.
Get in the canopy for pruning and removals, set your own lines and bring wood down safe. If you can already climb, say so on the application and it counts toward your pay.
Run the bucket on trims and removals and work clean with the guys on the ground. Experience running a bucket puts you higher on day one.
Residential yards, tight spaces, around houses and fences. Every day is a different job.
You are on your feet all day in the New Mexico sun and the winter cold. If that sounds fine to you, you will do well here.
Everybody moves together. The climber, the bucket and the ground guys all depend on each other to get the day done.
Cones out, drop zone controlled, gear checked. Nobody gets rushed into something unsafe because it is the last tree of the day.
No resume and no certifications needed. This comes down to whether you work hard and show up.

Never touched a chainsaw? That is fine. We start you on the ground and teach you the job.
You need a current, valid driver's license to be on the crew. No CDL required.
You need a reliable way to get yourself to and from work each day. The trucks stay with the company.
